For over 25 years, Microhive (formerly known as Pennies from Heaven) has been asking employees to donate the pennies from their payslip to charity. Giving small amounts through pay is affordable, simple, and impactful for both employees and companies.

We believe that this sense of integration, support and connection can be harnessed for a greater purpose: charitable giving. How it works

An organisation invites it supply chain to join Microhive and support their corporate charity. Suppliers are invited to make a monthly donation with scheme administration all handled by Microhive.

Suppliers invited to join Microhive

Suppliers are invited to join Microhive, all donating a small, regular amount to the same charity/ies chosen by the buyer.

Participating suppliers are rewarded

Participating suppliers will receive a Microhive ‘charity champion’ digital badge to demonstrate their social support to their stakeholders.

Donations collected and distributed by Microhive

Monthly donations are sent to Microhive by suppliers, for distribution to charities. Suppliers and buyer receive monthly reporting from Microhive.
